Sign Up Over The Prime Day Period
Every year for the past five years or so Amazon has discounted the Amazon Prime annual subscription cost from £79 to £59 over the Amazon Prime Day period.

If you're a student then you can get a six month free trial of Amazon Prime (provided you've not previously subscribed to the Amazon Prime service)
After your free six-month subscription has finished you'll need to subscribe. In which case students get 50% off Amazon Prime.
This makes it either; £3.99 a month or £39 for the year.
Pro Tip: If you can afford it go for the annual subscription which makes it just £3.25 a month.
